Return & Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, United Foods & Dairy (Ahmedabad) will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the situations mentioned below, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
In Case of Damaged / Missing / Spoiled Product:
- UFAD must be notified of any damaged product within 3 days of receiving it via email at info@mysattvalife.com.
- The email must include the order number, an image of the invoice, one outer box image, and two clear images of the damaged product.
- In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and will work with you to provide an amicable solution. However, we will be unable to accept a refund request.
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 3 days after the order is delivered. If exchange is approved then exchanged product will be delivered within 7-8 days.
- Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
- In special circumstances, only by discussing with our team, we may approve a refund, which will be credited to your original source of payment within 10 days.
Important Notes:
- Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. The video must be recorded before opening the courier seal to show the true status of the products. Returns or exchanges for damaged or defective products will only be accepted with valid video proof.
- We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and mostly handmade. Since no two batches will be identical, we ensure that the best and natural ingredients are used while retaining maximum nutritional value.
