In order to make A2 Cow Ghee, we collect milk from 150+ Gir Cows at our farm in Saurashtra (Gujarat).
The Bilona method of making ghee is a traditional process deeply rooted in Indian culinary heritage. Firstly Milk is Boiled & transformed into curd. Then curd is churned until Makhan gets separated. Then extracted Makhan is meticulously heated until it transforms into ghee. This artisanal method, known for its labor-intensive nature, is cherished for preserving the authentic flavors and characteristics of ghee. The Bilona process not only imparts a distinct taste but also holds cultural significance, reflecting a commitment to traditional culinary practices in the art of ghee-making.

The A2 Gir Cow Ghee at Sattva Life is made from the nutritionally rich Gir Cow milk of 150+ Cows at our farm. In order to prepare 1 litre of Gir A2 Cow Ghee, around 25 litres of Cow Milk is needed, which makes it more expensive than others.
